All players must have a parent or guardian acknowledge this waiver before participating.
I understand that volleyball and related athletic activities carry risks including serious injury, property loss, or even death. I confirm that the player is in good physical health and able to participate in these activities. By registering, I agree to assume all risks related to participation and travel to and from any La Cañada Beach Volleyball Club event.
I agree to:
Waive, release, and discharge La Cañada Beach Volleyball Club, Carina Pinotti and staff, and any facilities or organizations involved, from any claims or liabilities related to participation.
Not sue any of the above for injuries, damages, or losses.
Indemnify and hold harmless all parties listed above against any claims arising from participation.
As a parent or guardian, I confirm I have the legal authority to accept these terms on behalf of the player. I agree to be responsible for any claims arising from my lack of legal authority.
